An interactive 1 hour workshop that teaches leaders the process of Conscious Empathy-- a caring, but also tactical, approach to increasing employee engagement and workplace performance. Participants will learn the difference between empathy and sympathy and how to apply conscious empathy to the employee’s and organization’s benefit. An overview of H.E.A.R.T. (Human Engagement and Response Training) program is shared.

An interactive 1 hour and 15 minute experience for leadership and staff. Any team will benefit from this presentation. Participants explore Team Intelligence elements and go into detail regarding one of the most important: Collaborative Structure. The different types of structure, and how they best apply in varied situations is discussed, as the group is given a first-hand experience of collaborative structure and discusses how it affected their performance
in the exercise. The group examines best-in-class forms of collaborative structure, and examples where structure impedes teamwork and organizational performance.

An interactive, 1 hour and 15 minute experience for business leaders and professionals. The segment starts by accurately addressing the question: “who wants more energy?”
Participants learn the distinction between productive human energy levels and those
that drain us, our ability to lead, and our potential to get results. The audience breaks into
working groups to address problems that are specific to their business or industry using the
human energetic framework that forms the foundation of the CORE Energy Coaching process.
